Hola Cincy!
Today the whole gang went on a boat tour. We saw many
dolphins, a turtle, and exotic fish. We also got to go snorkeling. It was
fascinating! The water was warm and clear. On the way back we rode through a
mangrove forest to see some Costa Rican birds. After the forest, we jammed out on the top of the
boat to Dr. Warren’s “ER Playlist”.
Once we docked, we stopped by a surf shack for some yummy
smoothies. Next we chilled out and went shopping for some souvenirs. The girls
loved getting back in their shopping habits!After shopping, the boys were
relieved to eat some of the best pizza in Puerto Jimenez.
We headed back to the Lodge in a food coma. Once we were
back, we had a Frozen sing-along from our cabinas. The chaperones just loved
that!

Hey Hope! What a fantastic day you guys had today. Boat ride, snorkeling, smoothies, pizza, and shopping! What a day. I'm so envious, and with I were there to be a part of it. I hope tomorrow brings more great adventure.. Love you, Dad
ReplyDeleteHey alexandra its cameron its freezing here and we have had three snow days and a two hour delay (at least as of now:) Looks like you are having fun... that should be me in 2 years :)

ReplyDeleteBoy, I am so thrilled to hear about your day. Sounds like such fun and I love the pictures, especially from the boat and of you guys drinking from the coconuts. Somehow your expressions make me think you didn't like it very much. I'm sure everyone is telling you how crazy the weather is here -- last night went down to -14, and right now they are calling for another 3-6 inches of snow tonight followed by sleet. Ugh! Needless to say, you guys haven't missed any school this week. Love you much!
