Hey Cincinnati!
We arrived in Costa Rica yesterday, and stayed at Hacienda Baru. We ate an amazing dinner, then went swimming in the pool. This morning we woke up and had breakfast at the restaurant. The group also visited the nearby butterfly at the garden and took a walk through the rainforest to the beach. After walking along the beach, we returned to the cabins and prepared the bus to leave. We then drove three more hours to Morgan’s Jungle Lodge. We had another great lunch before unpacking and getting settled in. We went into the ocean and climbed on the rocks in the shallow water. We jumped in to pool before relaxing on the hammocks. We say many animals, such as three howler monkeys hanging in the huge tree eating leaves. We are about to have Valentine’s day dinner and pass out treats. We are having a great time and we miss you!

ReplyDeleteThanks for the awesome report. We read you blog post over dinner here. It looks so warm and green there. It was about 14 degrees last night with wind chill of -8. Yes, a minus sign!
